Suggest a solution other than ghostwriting services for my novel

Can someone suggest me a better option than taking the ghostwriting services for my novel? I have been writing my novel for over a year, and I have been only able to complete half of it. The novel is based on the suspense and science fiction and it is getting difficult for me to complete the book quickly. A friend suggested me to hire a suspense and professional science fiction ghostwriter who can help me with the book, but I am not sure whether I should hire a ghostwriter or not, which is why I am looking out for other credible options. Can someone please help me out by recommending other useful options?
