Suggest a better option other than hiring a ghostwriter

What could be the other best option than to hire a ghostwriter for completing the book on time? A friend of mine has a deadline coming and she has to submit the script to the editor soon, so I suggested to hire a professional and reliable ghostwriting company to take the services form their expert ghostwriters but she refused to hire a ghostwriter for now. She is looking out for other credible options to speed up her writing and thinking. Can someone kindly let me know what she should do at this situation? Leave your responses in the comments section.
